VENDOR DETAILS:

When can I set up? Set up time will open from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Your location/assignments will be assigned upon arrival) Staff will be there upon arrival.

Where can I park? Cars will be allowed in the Village to unload and will then need to be moved immediately to the designated vendor parking spot. We encourage all vendors to set up after they have moved their car to avoid congestion.

How much space do I have? Each vendor is guaranteed a 10x10 space.

What do I need to bring? Vendors are required to provide their own tables and tents.

Will there be outlets? We cannot guarantee any outlet connection. We recommend a battery-operated setup.

Are vendor tickets refundable? Vendor tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to inclement weather in which case, your money will be refunded.
